Personal Assistant to General Manager NZ

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join us at the Sanitarium head office in Royal Oak.  If you are super-organized, pro-active, and looking to take your strong communication and relationship building skills to your next role, then read on! 

About the role

In this role you will support the office of the General Manager NZ.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the General Manager NZ in the carrying out of his role; incl being his point of contact for all enquiries
  • Delivering delegated projects and events
  • Facilitating and coordinating internal and external communications

About you

As a key member of our team, you need to be an adaptable, strongly customer focused multi-tasker, demonstrating:

  • Strong interpersonal communication & relationship building skills
  • Ability to engage & influence stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Robust planning & organizing skills
  • A high level of computer competency
