Within our busy Distribution Centre in Royal Oak, Auckland, we have a need for an enthusiastic dynamo to take on a Warehouse Administrator role.  If you have energy to burn and a willingness to learn, then read on!

About the role

Joining our Distribution Centre in this pivotal role, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor in ensuring all Sanitarium’s customer orders are processed to delivery schedules.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising closely with our customers and transport providers by phone and email
  • Handling all enquiries
  • Processing orders and deliveries; incl invoicing, order checking & labelling, processing stock returns
  • Providing compliance documentation as required
  • Maintaining freight manifesting systems
  • Hire pallet control
  • Assisting in maintaining food safety and quality standards and documentation
  • Assisting with warehouse compliance and maintenance schedules and inspections

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a positive, organised multi-tasker demonstrating:

  • The ability to form strong relationships with a diverse range of people
  • A record of outstanding customer service
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Accurate & fast data entry skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; incl Excel
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience in stock control and reconciliation
  • Good physical fitness; some lifting is required

A practical understanding of warehousing is desired.
