Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the vibrant Sanitarium Distribution Centre in Royal Oak.  Bring your organizing and leadership skills and customer service focus to make your mark in this crucial role!  

About the role

Reporting to the NZ Logistics Manager, you will manage and coordinate people and activities to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operations.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and training your direct reports
  • Management of stock, pallets, and equipment
  • Developing engaged and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensuring order timeliness and accuracy, and driving operating efficiencies through fit-for-purpose processes and practices
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety & quality management, and work health & safety principles

About you

We expect you to be an adaptable multi-tasker with relevant qualifications in a related field and at least five years broad FMCG industry experience, demonstrating:

  • Strong leadership skills & team orientation
  • Ability to communicate & influence across the business
  • Strong planning & organizing skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Experience delivering business objectives

A working knowledge of SAP and management systems such as LEAN, HACCP and WHS would be advantageous.
